We’ll beat any legitimate price from a local, factory authorized dealer stocking and willing to sell the same new item in a factory sealed box. Even after your purchase, if you find a lower price within 30 days, we’ll refund 110% of the difference. Our low price does not apply to bonus or free offers, special financing, installation or rebate, or to one-of-a-kind or other limited quantity offers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in new condition to Campo within 7 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. Before we can offer you an exchange or refund we only ask that you include all of the original cartons, packing materials, manuals, accessories, antennas, etc. along with the product you wish to return. All must be in “like-new” conditions. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged for products not in “like-new” conditions. Sorry, special orders, installation charges, shop charges, connect fees and open accessories are non-refundable. There are no refunds on portable radar detectors and portable navigation products.

Campo has the most skilled and experienced installation staff around and belongs to CEDIA- Custom Electronic Design Installation Association. Our workmanship is guaranteed by a lifetime warranty. We will correct any installation-caused problem that may arise. Equipment purchased at and installed by Campo which fails during the first 90 days (ninety days) of ownership will be removed and reinstalled free of charged in order to perform repairs on the equipment. There will be labor charges for removal and reinstallation of defective equipment outside the first 90 days of ownership or product which was not purchased from or installed by Campo.
